    Freshwater Pearl

    A freshwater pearl is a glossy gem produced by an oyster or mollusc living in a body of fresh water, like a lake. The pearls in these earrings are the ones "rejected" for not being perfect enough, and would have usually ended up in landfill. We think they are perfectly imperfect.

    Our sterling silver pieces are made from ethically sourced 925 sterling silver. Currently 70% of our production is recycled silver.

    With a little care, your jewellery will continue to glow. We recommend the following to help you look after your silver to keep it looking as new as possible:

    Keep your jewellery away from chemicals, (like chlorinated waters, sunscreen, perfume, cosmetics, hairspray, hand sanitiser etc.)

    Whilst our jewellery is durable, hard surfaces, sharp blows, scratching and extreme temperatures can damage your jewellery.

    We don’t recommend you swim in the ocean in your jewellery, but if you do, rinse it with cold water, pat dry with a soft cotton cloth.

    When not being worn, store your jewellery in a dry airtight container as sterling silver naturally oxidises. Use a professional polishing cloth to keep this clean.

    Take care when removing clothing. We use fine chains in our jewellery, their delicate nature means that they need to be cared for to avoid accidentally snagging or stretching. Sleeping in them is not recommended. Please be mindful of this before purchasing, as this kind of damage is not covered under our returns policy.

    Perfect Pearl Earrings

    Wonderful, delicate and small. They are fiddly to put in, but never come undone. They are fantastic quality and very comfortable to wear. These are my favourite earrings and I rarely take them off.

    Purchased 2 pairs of these online for gifts. Shipping was super quick. Disappointed with the packaging for a product with this price tag, especially considering I am gifting the earrings - the packaging definitely cheapens the look of the gift. Earrings are nice and bright - very dainty - smaller than I was anticipating but still nice.

    We only use recycled packaging and compostable mailers to ensure as minimal footprint as we can in the processing of your orders. Along with conscious recycling, minimising soft plastics and paperless orders, we strive to be conscious of our planet in our everyday. As you did request extra packaging we did include it for you, thanks for your feedback.

    New favourite earrings!

    I purchased these earrings as a pair that I could wear 24/7. I have trouble sleeping with earrings in, but I’ve been wearing these for almost a week now and I can hardly even feel that they’re in! They’re so comfortable and look SO good! Very impressed with the quality too. Although they are quite difficult to put in at first because they’re so small - but my husband easily helped latch them for me. Shipping was extremely quick too - posted the same day I purchased. For the price, these earrings are amazing a would be a great addition to anyones jewellery collection. Highly recommend.
