RETURNS

Please visit our returns centre, we offer refund, credit or exchange up to 45 days, returns are at customers expense, for hygiene and change of mind reasons earrings cannot be returned. Items returned unboxed may become damaged and are not accepted. Customer damaged items are not accepted. Returns and exchange on sale items not permitted. All returns may be charged a $15.00 restocking fee. Shipped goods returned in store may incur a $25 restocking fee.
