All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Midsummer Star will declare FULL $ value paid on international shipments.

  • RETURNS

Please visit our returns centre, we offer refund, credit or exchange up to 45 days, returns are at customers expense, for hygiene and change of mind reasons earrings cannot be returned. Customer damaged items are not accepted. Returns and exchange on sale items not permitted. Any returns that are received Returned To Sender or without approval will be charged a $15.00 fee. Shipped goods returned in store incur a $15 restocking fee.

We do not combine promotions, we do not stack discounts, only 1 free gift per day

Please remember, we're doing our best to serve you - bad behaviour, rudeness, swearing, deceptive statements, gaslighting, being unpleasant, being unreasonable, threats, abusive language or physical violence towards our staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service. Please be respectful of this policy in your interactions with us.

  • CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks incur a $150 fee plus any shipping charges, this will be deducted from any refund due. We suggest not committing this kind of fraud against us is a better option. Anyone considering opening a chargeback against us should be aware we will fight until we win, regardless of costs or effort, to uphold our reputation and stop any similar fraud.
