We want you to treasure your jewellery for years to come. Every piece is thoughtfully crafted and comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship.

If you ever need to make a claim, simply bring your jewellery and proof of purchase to our store within 12 months of purchase. If a fault is confirmed, we’ll carefully assess the piece and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on what’s most appropriate.

If returning the item isn’t significantly costly, you may be responsible for the return postage. However, you’re entitled to compensation for any reasonable expenses incurred due to the fault, including the cost of returning the piece to us for repair, replacement, or refund.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or general wear and tear. This includes broken chains, lost stones, bent pieces, scratches, or damage resulting from improper care.

If a qualified jeweller determines that your piece is not of acceptable quality, we will always aim to resolve the issue with care and fairness.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and the Australian Consumer Law, which include guarantees that cannot be excluded. For further details, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
