All items are shipped in a Midsummer Star branded gift box.

If you are buying a gift for someone we will happily send them a handwritten note. Tell us what to write using the text box in your cart and we promise we'll use our best handwriting! :)

We use standard US sizes for all our rings. We have made a handy ring size guide to help you. It can be found here.

All our jewellery is made from 925 Sterling Silver or Yellow or Rose Gold Vermeil.

Our silver jewellery may naturally oxidise over time which can make it appear dark in colour. If this happens, all you need to do is rub it gently with our Silver Jewellery Polishing Cloth and it will look as good as new.

Yes! We offer free shipping in Australia for orders over $20.

For worldwide shipping the order must be over $30.

For Australian orders placed before 3pm items will ship the same day.

For worldwide orders please allow up to 21 business days.

Head to our Returns Center and make sure you have your Order Number and Email Address at the ready.

Our packaging is compostable, made from sustainable plants and non toxic, compostable resin.  It’s a real dirt bag! The bags aren’t for the recycling bin and should be thrown in with food scraps and garden waste.

At Midsummer Star we endeavour to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible. For this reason we take the approach of no-fuss packaging. Orders will be automatically shipped with minimal packaging and sometimes we may re-use packaging that has been worn in but is not past its functional life. We try to use boxes free of too many dyes and as few as possible, so this could mean that your jewels may all be shipped in the one box.

Help us to save the planet by reducing excess waste! We'll ensure that your jewels are shipped safely with care. Please recycle, re-use and compost all that you can - if we all assist in giving packaging a longer life, we can all work together to make a difference. ❤️ 🌏

You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation that you can use.

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. We will declare FULL $ value paid on international shipments.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied, please return the goods to us, unused and in the original packaging, within 45 days and we will happily provide a refund or alternatively, exchange the item accordingly. Please note all returned items need to be returned unworn.

You will be provided a return label through our Return Center. All items must be returned to us in their original packaging. Please note, we cannot cover the cost of return.

We are happy to exchange a ring if it isn't the right size. We won't be able to cover the cost of the return.

Please note: if the ring has sold out during this time we will offer a refund or an exchange for a different style.

As jewellery is delicate in nature we are unable to cover loss, damage, breakage or changes in appearance due to normal wear, accidental damage or careless handling.
