Very cute but earring backs are a mission to take off making it hard and painful to get the earrings out.

Hey Jesinta, it's pretty easy to loosen or tighten the fitting of the butterfly backings. To loosen I use the tip of a pen and gentle nudge them apart slightly, to tighten them I use gently use my teeth. I hope that information helps.
