Our sterling silver pieces are made from ethically sourced 925 sterling silver. Currently 70% of our production is recycled silver.

With a little care, your jewellery will continue to glow. We recommend the following to help you look after your silver to keep it looking as new as possible:

Keep your jewellery away from chemicals, (like chlorinated waters, sunscreen, perfume, cosmetics, hairspray, hand sanitiser etc.)

Whilst our jewellery is durable, hard surfaces, sharp blows, scratching and extreme temperatures can damage your jewellery.

We don’t recommend you swim in the ocean in your jewellery, but if you do, rinse it with cold water, pat dry with a soft cotton cloth.

When not being worn, store your jewellery in a dry airtight container as sterling silver naturally oxidises. Use a professional polishing cloth to keep this clean.

Take care when removing clothing. We use fine chains in our jewellery, their delicate nature means that they need to be cared for to avoid accidentally snagging or stretching. Sleeping in them is not recommended. Please be mindful of this before purchasing, as this kind of damage is not covered under our returns policy.

Beautiful but hard to get on

Really beautiful and dainty but extremely hard to get on.

The post and tube sleeper style can be a little tricky to put on at first, but they’re designed that way to make them extra secure once in place. We do have a helpful video on the product page that walks through exactly how to put them on, which many customers find makes it much easier. Beautiful but unusable

I deliberately went for the sleeper earrings rather than the huggies so that they would be bigger. They were still tiny - barely 1.3cm at the widest part - and impossible to thread into the tiny hole at the back of my earlobe due to being so fiddly. I tried for so long my piercing holes swelled up, so the earrings sit in the box, useless. Do not recommend if you need to put your jewellery on by yourself.

Sorry to hear about this, we do have 3 on ear model photos and also accurate measurements on the page to help with size expectations. We also have a movie showing how these are put on, also we do mention that these are easiest to put on with the help of a friend. Some people say its easier to put them on backwards as then it is easier to see the hole.

Perfection that I haven’t taken off since

Really cute normally not a fan of sleepers but these are really comfy to wear. Only downside is they are a little hard to close up but once they are on they aren't going anywhere.

pretty cool

these earings are great, don't make my ears green and look super nice, good-sized hoops and charms! the only issue is they're so hard for me to put on and clip to not fall off
