Beautiful jewellery, disappointing packaging for gifting

The product is lovely, no complaints, however, the rings arrived in a plastic bag within a very post crumpled little box. I had to source something nicer to gift it in. I feel like such a nice product could use nicer packaging, perhaps a pouch would fare better for postage?

As part of our environmental stance we always default to minimal packaging. The compostable bio bag is to help make sure the jewellery arrives sparkling and clean. Also please note that in our confirmation email we do ask that you mention to us if you would like extra packaging we will always provide it free of charge.
