Lost earring in first week, Faulty catch from the start.

I gave these earrings to my daughter as a very special celebration gift and she said the catch was loose.
One is now lost as it fell out and I would be very grateful if you would replace them or at least one, as we are both very disappointed.
Apart from this we loved them.
