Although service and delivery were great, the product looked good but unfortunately upon first wearing one was lost possibly due to a faulty clasp, I’d love to give a great review but didn’t have them long enough :(

I am sorry to hear about the lost earring. When shipped these have always been tested as working and clipped into place. I cannot say how it was lost. I do know there is an easy way to check prior to wearing by clipping them in a
