Poor quality

I bought my daughter this last year and I broke after 2 days. I thought I’d buy it again thinking it was a one off faulty one. It broke after a couple of days again. I emailed them this time to ask if it’s a known fault. They replied saying it wasn’t and no offer to replace. Will never buy again.

Nothing to do with quality. It's always about how these are cared for.
I am sorry to hear about the broken anklet, we sell a lot of these and do not get many reports of breakage.
We used to use a finer chain but went for a more heavy duty chain a few years ago.
One thing we believe can especially cause breakage is wearing to bed, when asleep people move unexpectedly, I cannot know if that is the cause here.
I can offer a $10 repair (this only covers my postage fee).
